First Annual FoGademy Awards - Categories! - nothing - 27-03-2022
Welcome welcome welcome! I'm here to announce a future event, coming to you at the end of July/start of August (dates to be decided)
The Inaugral FoGademy Awards!
This event will have all the glitz and glam of the Oscars, without any of the inevitable cancellation of winners.
As this event is entering its planning stage (ie has been on my mind for a few weeks), I welcome all category suggestions! I have a few in mind and will update the list below as we go, some categories will be via private vote, others will be based on game statistics. I'm keeping it to lighthearted categories.
Nominations in each category will happen at a later date, probably late June, with PM voting open for a month or so.
It would also be awesome to run some special exciting games around that time, but it's aaaages away yet.

Could be some sort of "Best Newcomer" Awards, i.e. the ones that did not come from Boards! There are a few.
What about Awards relating to the Chain Games - this is a new area that not exist in the Boards Forum Games?
Thinking about Chain Games, and a couple of people there who don't really engage with the other areas of this site, made me think that links to this thread should be placed in the various sub-forums, so that more people are aware of it. It might also encourage our quieter members to engage more with some of the other games.
