Yay for another three 🎉 I'm surprised to have 30/30* now, I didn't expect to do well given this is a word game 😆 I like that it is manageable 😊 (*my phone says 29 with a 28 day streak, as I did one at the beginning on my laptop 😁)

Hard mode is where you have to use any letters found in the next guess, so you can't just put in a random word to uncover more letters

I didn't know there was hard mode. Sounds like the way I've been doing it anyways. It never occurred to me to use a word without the 'found' letters. So I've been accidentally doing it the hard way, cause I'm thick! Big Grin

I turned out on when I accidentally did not use a letter I knew was in the word. I think it helps!

I've found the hard mode setting and turned it on for a go, I often try play that way unless I'm stuck for a word.

I tried a Wordle alternative caled Absurdle (oh no, another Ronnie!), just in case Wordle goes squirley with a paywall as Boards mentioned (and like NYT is famous for)... and well...

it took me like 12 tries. Blush

The word turned out to be... NINNY (just why???)

I may be reading the premise wrong, but it seems they allow for duplicate letters and (dunno for sure) Absurdle changes the target word as you go along, depending on the letters you have yet to play, the messers!
