Let's get this party started! Round 3 had plenty of decent SHEEPing, some good food/drink knowledge out there....
A protected designation food/drink is one where the name is only allowed to be used in that area – for example Irish Whiskey, Roquefort, and Cornish Clotted Cream. This would have been bad news in a PEEHS, Bordeaux wines are covered by a different designation system, Chardonnay is a grape variety, France and Greece are not specific grape regions, and Napa Valley doesn’t have the protections! Well done to all those cracking out the bubbly!

I do love a good 3 cheese toastie, white sourdough, buttered on the outside, with gouda, gruyere and a smoked cheddar… sometimes a pizza mozzarella (much drier than the regular kind), or an edam. No wrong answers on this round, but quite a spectacular SHEEP!

A Waldorf salad typically includes walnuts, apples and celery with a mayonnaise and lemon dressing, served on a bed of lettuce. Definitely not tomatoes, and the nuts already provide a crunch, so croutons are out too. But with all the ingredients actually named, could we have made one?!
