I do get it. In fact, in theory I shouldn't like it, as i don't usually like sweet and savoury mixed together (eg, I hate sweet and sour dishes, or Minstrals in a bag of popcorn at the cinema). But, yeah, something about pineapple on pizza is nice.

An E-Tray is basically a simulated environment where you get a brief on a made up company and then have to field calls, answer emails and deal with staff queries/tasks within a set timeframe. So basically what I do everyday for a living at the moment
EO = Executive Officer... much less fancy than it sounds. You would generally (but not always) start off as a Clerical Officer (my current grade) and EO is one step up the ladder above that.
Unfortunately I still have the interview hoop to jump through before I get any promotion though...
but it's another step closer at least
