There was a debate here or on Boards when we started these games, do you enter songs you like or do you try to impress the host with songs you think they like. I think it was the former when we started out but has moved more to the latter. I'm a bit of both when I play, pick something I like but also that I think the host will like. I've never picked anything I didn't like just to impress the host.

Love those Adele and Pink songs but @Rachel Stevens on a Pogo Stick is the best for me today 👏
P.S. I know my choice for today might be a very obvious one but every time I hear that version of that particular song I can almost feel like I was there when I close my eyes 😊 Not sure why this one gives me those goosies but it does.

Highlights for me today were:
@Butty Brennan wasn't really expecting much from this when I hit play, but it quickly won me over, nice choice
@ShaneU any deviation from "man + guitar" were the type of songs I was most looking forward to in this round, and it didn't disappoint
@Neowise his German sense of humour at the start almost put me off, but top marks for something entirely different in this round, I do find seeing someone live looping like that on stage completely fascinating
@Jluv hard to go wrong with P!nk in my opinion, doubly so because I know how much it irritates Shane that someone has included one of her songs and that its doing well with the voters...
From the Elimination Zone:
@Irish Aris easily my favourite from the whole round, shame it isn't in contention for the win this round (although I suspect it wouldn't be properly appreciated by the masses even if it was in contention)
@Hello 2D Person Below I almost wasn't going to acknowledge this because the lotto ads have absolutely ruined it for me, but it is a cracking song despite its overuse by National Lottery marketing executives
@Tauriel excellent pick, I enjoy most renditions of Phantom of the Opera, but this is one of my favourites

I'm glad a couple of people have highlighted my entry as their favourite in this round, I discovered Mirror (and IDER in general) when it was released back in 2018 and it has become my all-time favourite song.
I've always been hesitant about using it in games because its a song I'm so attached to and it would have crushed me to see it completely disregarded, but this live version they did is so good and close to the original I decided to give it a roll of the dice for this game, but I was dreading this round in case it was hated by all.
