I see two possible fixes to this.
1) pure brilliant white box should be off white really, just a little. this is something we will likely do.
2) there is a little setting at bottom of options in cp, put the editor in source mode by defaut. you can try this without any change to the site.

Really liking the mint, thanks guys. Just had a quick look around, haven't come across any issues yet, but I see you've already fixed a couple of things before I got here. As regards it appearing zoomed in, not seeing that, but I have a large monitor so maybe that makes a difference.

On the desktop mint version, the home page shows the list of forums with an icon indicating if there have been new posts in it. On the phone it simply shows the number of threads and number of posts. Apart from it not looking great with one over the other like a fraction, it's not as useful as the desktop icon. Any way to change it so they match?

Don't know if much can be done with this, but I'll ask anyway. On mint there's a separator between the post text and sigs, but it's almost invisible. This has the effect of making every one of Spears' posts, for example, look like they end with "Can you break that down slooooooowly please". Any chance that line can be made darker?

The visible content seems to have shrunk and I can (and keep accidentally) scroll over to the right.
An advantage is I can see more buttons when posting, but it looks weird.

How do I increase the browser size on my phone?

The 'Forums of Games' bannee beside the image on the home page is off to the right of the screen. I didn't notice that before, is it new/bigger?

before it was just a logo, now it has words on it. maybe try horizonal view to check it out, its looks very nice.

It does look nice but it makes the site harder to use on mobile because it goes off the screen and has made everything else narrower.
There's now a lot of empty space to the right of the screen and even if I zoom out an accidental touch sends me over to the right and blocks the content on the left.

You must have a very narrow screen, The site is very usable down to a screen width of about 375 pixels.
maybe if you were to tell me what width your screen is I could look into a fix for the issue.

okay, so samsung galaxy s9 viewport is 360x740 which is just 15 pixels under comfortable. I can ask our artist what they feel about reducing it another few pixels, but i can imagine their response. but no harm in asking.
I'll also look into seeing if i can find a way of it ignoring the right side to the logo and allow it to be chopped without making screen wider.
just so we are on same page, does your screen look like this...

Yep, that's better, thank you. The banner is still going off to the right but there is much less space there so the accidental scrolling isn't an issue.

When you click "Mark This Forum Read" is it possible for the next landing to be the homepage? I only use it if I've finished with a forum, so my next port of call is always the homepage
Slight bug
The search page doesn't work in portrait on a mobile. To be honest, it's not bothered me here at all but I've noticed it much more on the werewolf site, which is the same format. It's awkward to filter by poster, and then select results to display by post rather than thread (in fact, can the default be changed to posts?)
