Welcome to the Bond Theme Song World Cup
A spin off tournament to the Fog's Greatest to find the best Bond theme song.
24 songs will compete in a single round robin followed by a knock out.
I know there are 25 Bond movies (EON produced) so I've made some adjustments.
I have left out the Dr. No theme as it is not really a theme.
I have also included what might be considered alternative themes for both From Russia With Love and On Her Majesty's Secret Service as I didn't want to include instrumentals.
Though the ultimate reason is, 25 doesn't work!
Groups and knock out bracket to follow, if there is interest, we can start today. Each round of voting will last 24 hours.

You'll be familar with most of the songs. There will be a max of 6 matches per day during the group phase, then less as we edge closer to the final. Join in if you get a chance.
I'm bit on and off the Internet generally, but I think that the 24 hour window will allow me to vote most days so you can count me in too Kol.

It's from On her majesty's secret service, played during the movie, the opening credits have an instrumental piece. Probably considered the movies secondary theme. While the movie itself was pretty good, the Bond actor wasn't.
Interestingly, this song is also played in the latest movie, No time to die, partially during the movie and in full over the closing credits.

Interestingly, this song is also played in the latest movie, No time to die, partially during the movie and in full over the closing credits.
I primarily associate that song with On Her Majesty's Secret Service, but also as Louis Armstrong's "second" song (What A Wonderful World being the first). I did not think it was a great Bond movie, but I agree with you about the actor - George Lazenby. I thought it was curious that the song was reused again in No Time to Die.
