I remember as kids my mum kept buying snowcream milk that would turn out to be sour. Happened 4 or 5 times over a couple of weeks and she was raging. She wrote to complain and they sent us out an absolutely massive hamper full of cheeses and milks including loads flavoured milks we were never allowed buy. It was so exciting.
