Can - Halleluwah
Heard It Before: No
Review: When I first saw the song title I was worried this was going to be a cover of Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah, but sung by the "Mawage" Priest with the lisp from The Princess Bride… Thankfully it was nothing of the sort and actually turned out to be 18 and a half minutes of pure perfection. If anything my only criticism of a song of this length is that it probably wasn't long enough for me, I could've gladly listened to another hour or so of this with relative ease and plenty of enjoyment. It oozes epicness from beginning to end and might possibly just be the coolest thing I've ever heard. I won't get into the technicalities of it all, because I wouldn't be able do it justice, but there's a lot going on and I'm loving every element of it… Chef's Kiss!!!
If the rest of you only check out one song in this round, make sure it's this one, all 18 and a half minutes of it...
