But there was some good acting in between the minimally bad, Rowan was a brilliant angel! And the storylines of Liam Neeson dealing with his grief by learning to relate (so well) with his stepson, and the way Emma Thompson depicted such vulnerable strength - pure brilliance.
And it gave the world a Christmas Lobster!
