My decorations come down 9n 6th January. No sooner. My fingers hurt this evening as my decorations this year were mostly Lego, so I had to dismantle a few sets.
Reading is fundamental

Had an email that dropchef are doing a Christmas box, would be a better option for me as it'll be portioned for one. Don't think I'll be bothering with visiting family, I'm not actually too bothered with the day itself, not religious and the pressure of the day really gets to me. I just like a nice quiet day, with good food, decent tv and if I'm lucky a few presents to unwrap.
Maybe starting so early is an anxiety coping mechanism...

But the dates this year are nightmare.

We were away last night, seeing santa at the Hidden Valley in Kildare (pretty good, and we had a lodge to stay over after. This was the only weekend we could book though, obviously popular) so we did the tree today. Early than I'd choose to, but it is nice all the same
