@Barna77 The combo that works for me: I get autosub on replying for Alerts I can see when logged in, but my email/PMs aren't clogged with messages:
In User CP>Your Profile>Edit Options, under 'Messaging and Notification', to have "Default Subscribed Thread Mode:" set to "No Notification" (this results in subscribing automatically when I reply to a thread, but doesn't sign me up for a PM or email for every update).
Then under User CP>Alert Settings make sure "Receive Alert when..." is ticked (there are a few different options; from the over all ' people reply to subscribed thread', to people at-ing you, quoting you, etc.).
It took me a while to work this out as I don't want PMs/emails for everything but I do want an Alert

So let me explain how this will work.
Lives no longer matter - this will be a straight shoot out between our top sheeping candidates!
At 4pm today I will post 8 questions to be answered by everyone still playing.
The first 5 of these questions are the most important, though the other 3 may very well be necessary too based on both players performances so far.
When I have all the entries (I'll give until 7pm on Wednesday eve), the reveal will take place and the player with the most sheep in the 5 questions will be crowned the last sheep standing.
If there is a tie, the other questions will figure in a deadly sudden death contest.
If it's still tied after the 8 questions.... umm... I'll think of something
Any queries feel free to ask me here or via PM.

Right folks, the very best of luck to our finalists and thank you everyone for sticking with the game to the end despite early exits for some. Hopefully you've enjoyed the questions, some were easier than others probably but I did try to find a balance on all topics at some point.. I think.
Here are the 8 questions to be answered... starting with our first 5 - penalty shoot out if you will...

If the scores are level after the first 5 we move into sudden death
