Up until recently, you could hazard a guess about people's ages based on when they were getting vaccinated...becoming less obvious now as it is open to everyone over 16!!

I had a quick watch of the gymnasts yesterday when we were out for a few drinks and they are so amazing. The things they can do with their bodies is wow. Like what can I do, walk, sit, lie down, sort of jog if I really try and some small jumps
