I wouldn't go as far as saying I love it, but I do really like it on toast, with a cup of coffee.

I don't like it with the peel though. Has to be smooth.

Has to be thick cut and left to mature for at least two years  ( talking homemade here - all shop jam is full of dodgy stuff )
