Waterworld is a cult classic, I don't think it's really overrated at all. I think there is a couple of Marvel Films that really live off the name and think Ant Man is one of them

Home Alone - god I hate that film so much.  I really don't understand the love for it.  Maybe it's because I wasn't a kid when it came out, but it's genuinely an awful film.
Abstain - haven't seen Nomadland, and while I enjoyed The Joker I can see why people think it's overrated
Second Act - never heard of this film, but I don't think anybody rated Solo too highly.  It was fine, and let's leave it at that.
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace - as a Star Wars fan it pains me to vote for it, but any sort of appreciation for it is overrating it.

Only one contender for number one - Forrest Gump.  Everything else pales into insignificance after this.  Wtf the Academy thought they were at giving this steaming pile of crap the Best Film Oscar ahead of Pulp Fiction is beyond me.  And yes, I appreciate that there will in all likelihood be a number of Quentin Tarantino films nominated, but while those people are wrong, they'll never be as wrong as Forrest Gump winning Best Film!

It's never on the rails. The main character annoyed the hell out of me, is he supposed to be cool or something? Movies are supposed to suspend your disbelief and this one constantly reminded you that what you're watching is completely fake, the "choreography" was a big part of that.
