I was driving out of the car park of a local shopping centre when I had to practically stop as, what I assume to be, a father and son casually walked in front of me, without any effort to move out of my way. The adult did not look behind at any stage. The lack of courtesy, not to mention the potential danger he was putting them in, was breath-taking.

Definitely. RTB recommends once every 3 months is reasonable (which tbh feels like too much too to me) so I'll be making it very clear that that's the absolute maximum I'll agree to. Need to find my lease and see what it says too.

Have been messed around a fair bit over the years, but it's not in my nature to be uncooperative, I'm allergic to conflict
The current plan is to email them tomorrow to ask for what specifically they want sorted, and I'll plan/argue/whatever accordingly, when I have it in writing.
